HOH Press
Its been a crazy busy few months with our attic renovation, office expansion, client projects, shop, 1stdibs and end of year school events for the kids but…. I plan to blog more, really!!!
I do have time to share some fun press news though. One of my favorite magazines, Canadian House & Home has profiled me for the June Style Files. So fun!

HOH Celebrates
There is no way to be a perfect mother, and a million ways to be a good one.” - Jill Churchill
Happy Mother’s Day!!!
I was honored to celebrate Mothers Days with a Casasugar blog post along side incredible designers like Kathryn Ireland, India Hicks and Suysel dePedro Cunningham about how we are inspired by our kids.

HOH Design
Following are images of a project I recently completed and was just featured in the the new issue of TRADhome. It was such a fun project made that much easier by the fact that the clients trusted my vision, had an incredible collection of art to work with and a real sense of humor and adventure that comes across in the interior (I hope).

HOH Craft
We spent last weekend at the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs for the crafting community workshop led by LA artist Karen Kimmel. It was so much fun for all of us and such a great way to bond with the kids. Phia and I both had trouble mastering the art of crochet! We snuck away giggling in the middle of a lesson. oops!

HOH Press

HOH Travel
A day trip to the bohemian seaside town of Tulum was both fun and inspiring. The Mayan Ruins were pretty amazing but I have to say I was more impressed with the magically little rustic streets with yoga retreats and and eco-chic boutique hotels. We stopped into a few hipster shops and made our way to Hartwood for dinner. I first read about the restaurant on the Selby and we were super impressed with the experience. The owner, a NYC chef changes the menu nightly with all ingredients being local and fresh of course. The open air space smells of a mix of hippy patchouli and yummy savory ingredients coming in from the open wood-burning ovens. Dinner was insanely good but I think the winner according to the kids was the horchata cake…yummy
