We have recently completed another E-Design project for a lovely couple in Palo Alto. With a color scheme of warm grey, neutral tones and pops of metallic, the House of Honey E-Design Team created a dramatic yet playful and subdued interior with a hint of glam. Mixing new and old, shiny and matte, the New Vintage feel is both bold and timeless. By incorporating existing furniture pieces and selecting vintage pieces that represent different eras the space’s charm is elevated while mixed patterns create energy and whimsy in the spaces. The outcome is personal to our E-Client yet in true House of Honey style. Visit www.HouseofHoney.la for more info about our E-Design Services.

I’ve been obsessed with the artist Gabriel Rivera for quite some time now. I have been collecting his pieces for years and have many in my home and of course at my clients. Check out some of his insane installations.

Our holiday vacation in Mexico consisted of beaching, pool lounging and yes game playing. The most hours logged was by far at the backgammon table. I am now on the hunt to have one of my very own at home. Can’t decide between the Italian 1970s burled wood and brass or 1960s solid marble table. tough decision!

We have finally completed phase 1 of our attic reno and have officially moved upstairs. We are loving the bedroom and bath and I spend more time reading and hanging in my bathroom than i ever thought imaginable.

We recently started working on a pretty amazing estate in Altadena and I love how this image captures my project managers (Kelly and Pam) in a moment of both bliss and overwhelming panic! It will be brilliant ladies; I have no doubt!

Warm wishes from Mexico. We are on a very overdue vacation. Hope to make up for my lack of blogging these past few months.

My daughter Phia and I have been on a quest for the perfect orange to paint our front door. We both agreed this Hermes orange with a touch of brass was the winner.
